Users need to complete KYC before claiming. KIP Protocol uses Blockpass for KYC services, which includes: basic information check, address check, liveness verification, ID verification, and crypto address verification.

Eligibility

Please note we only accept:

1. users who are at least 18 years old; and

2. users not residing in the US or OFAC/UN-sanctioned countries, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions

KYC Verification and Decision Making

Please note that KYC verifications are processed by Blockpass, and whether the verification is successful or rejected is decided by Blockpass.

The typical processing time is max. 24 hours from Blockpass.
